CNC Milling
Our milling section is the largest section we have here at Newcom with vertical milling machining centres ranging from 500mm travel all the way up to 1600mm travel giving us a large scope when it comes to machining.
We also have vertical and horizontal twin pallet machines to give us the competitive edge when it comes to high batch production and then 5 axis machines to lead the way when it comes to more complex manufacturing.
CNC Turning
Even though turning is the smallest of our two machining sections what it lacks in quantity of machines it makes up for in capacity.
All our lathes differ in sizes but we can machine any diameter all the way up to 10” with some of our lathes having the ability to mill, as well as sub-spindles to give us the ability to transfer parts whilst keeping everything in line when it comes to machining complex components.
Assembly
Our assembly department like all our departments has been an ever‑evolving section starting from a small side office in our turning section to having its own designated department.
Having our own assembly department offers us the opportunity to supply our customers with complete products rather than individual components whether the products require simply dowels to 100+ piece parts assemblies.
Laser Etching
Here at Newcom we have the ability to laser etch any material to a customers desired design whether the parts are raw finished components or anodised to a particular colour it also has the abiltity to laser cut a different variance of sheet plastics up to 6mm thick.
